klm Cancellation Refund Policy

KLM Cancellation refund policy entitles passengers to request a refund for their cancelled flight tickets. The policy allows for refunds to be claimed up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled departure time of the flight. However, if the ticket was purchased within 24 hours of flight departure, the cancellation and refund may not be possible. The policy applies to all types of fares, including non-refundable tickets, as long as they are cancelled within the designated time frame. In case KLM cancels or delays a flight schedule by more than 2 hours, travellers are entitled to rebooking an alternative route or receiving a full refund in their account with no extra fee charges.
