Tips to eat more slowly and savor every bite
1. Put Your Fork Down Between Bites
Give yourself time to chew and enjoy each bite before picking up your fork again. This naturally slows you down and prevents mindless eating.
2. Chew Thoroughly
Aim to chew each bite at least 15–30 times. This helps you really taste your food and gives your brain time to register fullness.
